BAINGAN PIZZA AUBERGINE PIZZA

Ingredients used in BAINGAN PIZZA AUBERGINE PIZZA
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Eggplant(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Mixed herb - 1 pinch.
• Bell pepper(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Pizza dough - 1 cup.
• Tahini paste - 1/2 cup.
• Mozzarella cheese(grated) - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, garlic, eggplant, mixed herb and saute it.
  • Add bell pepper, tomato and saute it, cook and keep aside.
  • Take a yeast mixed fermented pizza dough and divide into 4 portions.
  • Roll into an oval shape and spread homemade tahini paste.
  • On it spread eggplant mixture and top it with mozzarella cheese.
  • Proof it for 25 minutes and bake it 240 degrees until it is done.
  • Remove and cut into pieces and transfer to a serving plate.

Now baingan pizza aubergine pizza is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
