Ingredients used in Baby Corn Cigars
• Oil - to fry.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilly flakes - 1 tablespoon.
• Baby corn - 10 numbers.
• Mozzarella cheese (grated) - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Corn flour - 60 grams.
• Refined flour - 100 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Make thin wrapperin anonstick pan with corn flour, refined flour, egg, water make.
  • Blanch a baby corn and slit them Make a stuffing with cheese, chat masala, chopped coriander, garam masala, jeera powder, Stuff these mixtures into the baby corn.
  • Place the stuffed baby corn on the sheet and roll it into the Cigar shape.
  • Deep fry them till golden brown colour.

Serve it with chilly garlic sauce.
