Ingredients used in Baby Corn Cigars
• Oil - to fry.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilly flakes - 1 tablespoon.
• Baby corn - 10 numbers.
• Mozzarella cheese (grated) - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Corn flour - 60 grams.
• Refined flour - 100 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Make thin wrapperin anonstick pan with corn flour, refined flour, egg, water make. Blanch a baby corn and slit them Make a stuffing with cheese, chat masala, chopped coriander, garam masala, jeera powder, Stuff these mixtures into the baby corn. Place the stuffed baby corn on the sheet and roll it into the Cigar shape. Deep fry them till golden brown colour. Serve it with chilly garlic sauce.
