ATTA SPINACH DOSA

Ingredients used in ATTA SPINACH DOSA
• Spinach - 4 bunch.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Ginger - 4-5 piece.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 2 cups.
• Rice flour - 1/4 cup.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • In a pan add 1 tablespoon of butter and once it starts melting add ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds, spinach leaves and salt.
  • cook it for 2-3 minutes. Make it into a fine paste.
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, spinach paste and some water, mix it nicely to make dosa batter.
  • On a hot non-stick pan pour a spoonful of batter and spread it over like a dosa Once it's cooked and light golden in color, turn its other side and top it with finely chopped onions and serve hot.

Hi Mrs Ragani, Can Spinach Wheat Dosa be made by using butter instead of water? Also not using Rice flour, just plain Wheat flour. Please just let me know, Thanks
