Ingredients used in Raw Banana Daddojanam
• Raw banana (boiled) - 2 number.
• Fresh coconut (grated) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curd - 2 cups.
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1/2 piece.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Hing - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
Method:
  • Boil raw bananas, grate them into a bowl, add freshlygrated coconut, salt, curd, mix well and keep aside.
  • For tempering,heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chilies, chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, ginger, turmeric powder, hing, curry leaves, saute for about a minute, transfer into theprepared raw banana-curd mixture, mix well and transfer to the serving bowl.

Delicious Raw Banana Daddojanam is now ready to serve.
