Ingredients used in ARATI PUVVU-BANANA FLOWER PULIHORA KURA
• Arati puvvu - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Chana dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Ground nuts - 1 tablespoons.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Dry red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 0 to.
• Tempering seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard seed powder - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
1. Remove the side part and take only the middle part of arati puvvu and clean it. 2. Take a mixie jar and add the cleaned arati puvvu to grind it into smooth paste. 3. Heat oil in the pan and add Tempering seeds, green chillies, channa dal, urad dal, ground nuts, asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies to saute it. 4. Now add turmeric powder, tamarind pulp, salt and arati puvvu paste and mix it thoroughly to cook for 10 minutes. 5. Then add mustard seed powder and mix it. 6. Now the delicious recipe is ready to serve with hot rice.
