Ingredients used in Apple Custard
• Milk(room temp) - 2/3 cup.
• Apple(unpeeled,cored,cut into 8 pieces) - 2 number.
• Sugar - 2/3 cup.
• Angosutra - half teaspoons.
Method:
  • Place all ingredients in blender in the order given, blend itthoroughly on medium speed.
  • Pour into partially baked pastry shell.
  • Bake at 170-degreecentigrade for 40 minutes and serve it.
