Ingredients used in Angoor Sharbat
• Grape juice - 6 cups.
• Cinnamon stick - 3 numbers.
• Clove - 4 numbers.
• Orange zest - 3 numbers.
• Cardamom seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Honey - 1/4 cup.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Cheese cloth - 1 piece.
Method:
  1. Tie the zest, cardamom seeds and cloves in a small piece of cheese cloth. Place the grape juice and honey in a large stainless steel pan and bring it to near the boiling point over moderate heat.
  2. Remove the pan from heat, add the spice bag and cinnamon stick and cover. Set aside until the juice has cooled. Remove the spice bag and cinnamon stick.
  3. Chill the juice, then add water.

Serve cold.
