ANDHRA STYLE FISH PULUSU

Ingredients used in ANDHRA STYLE FISH PULUSU
• Oil - 5-6 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 pinch.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes (slices) - 2 numbers.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Tamarind juice - 1/2 cup.
• Fish pieces - 4-6 numbers.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, slices of garlic, fenugreek seeds, onions, salt, curry leaves, green chillies and saute it.
  • To it, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, long slices of tomatoes, coriander powder, red chili powder, tamarind juice, little water, mix it. Later cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Remove lid, add fish pieces and cook it for another 5 minutes with closed lid.
  • At last, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix it.

Now Andhra style fish pulusu is ready to serve.
