Ingredients used in Andhra Gongura pickle
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Methi (fenugreek) seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Jeera - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chillies - 10-15 numbers.
• Daniya powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Gongura leaveschopped - 5 cup.
• Urad dal,jeera,mustard seeds.chana dal ( for tadka) - 2 tablespoons.
• Curryleaves - 10 leaf.
Method:

1. wash gongura leaves.chop them and put them in pan and fry in low flame.... 2.the water comes out of the leaves ..continue till it turns dark and dry.. 3.mash it nicely to become a paste and add salt to taste... 4.fry red chillies, daniya seeds,jeera and grind them to dry powder..mix with gongura paste and heat in low flame for some time.... 5.pour 1/2 cup of oil...put all seeds for tadka...curryleaves... 5.now add the gongura paste to this ... The more oil..the more tasty.can be stored....
