Ingredients used in Andey ka Meetha
• Eggs - 4 numbers.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Cardimom - 2 numbers.
• Milk - 2 cup.
Method:
Take 3-4 eggs sufficiant for for two people take a a glass of milk and add sugar as required and add 2 Ilichi (cardamom),add eggs,sugar and cardimom to the milk mix it well and put it on the stove for approx 10 utill it gets thick and mix it continously till it gets light brown and tick.your egg sweet is ready it is like a khala khand you can have this with with paratha also.
