Ingredients used in ALOO STUFFED SPINACH PAKODA
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cooking soda - 1 pinch.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Potato(boiled) - 1 number.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Spinach leaves - 10-15 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, salt, carom seeds, cooking soda, red chili powder, 1 tablespoon oil and mix nicely using water to make bajji batter. Take a plate and add mashed potato, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, salt and mix stuffing mixture. Take the spinach leaves and place the stuffing and roll it like as shown in video. Dip stuffed spinach in the chickpea batter and deep fry in hot oil. Now aloo stuffed spinach pakoda is ready to serve.
