| • Aloo bhujia - half cup. | |
| • Sugar - 1 tea spoon. | |
| • Chat masala - half tea spoon. | |
| • Red chilli flakes - half tea spoon. | |
| • Dry mint leaves - half tea spoon. | |
| • Flattened rice (deep fried) - 1 cup. | |
| • Salt - to taste. | |
| • Oil - as required. |
