Ingredients used in ALOO MUTTER KURMA
• Fresh green peas(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Potato pieces(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Green chilly paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil - 5 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, onion and saute it. 2. When the onion turn golden brown colour then add ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, tomato pieces and cook on slow flame. 3. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, fresh green peas, potato pieces, potato stock with green peas and cook it. 4. When the gravy becomes thick garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or chapati.
