Ingredients used in Aloo gobi mutter
• Tomatoes - 1 kg.
• Mutter - ½ cup.
• Gobi (cauliflower) - 1 number.
• Aloo(potato) - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 cup.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Chilly powder - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions - 1 kg.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilly - 2 numbers.
• Coriander chopped - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 cup.
Method:
  • For gravy: Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions, salt, saute it and add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix this and put the lid on and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a slow flame (6 to 7 whistles).
  • Heat butter in a pan add gobi, mutter, aloo (boiled), add pieces of tomatoes, salt, saute it and add 1 cup of onion tomato gravy, water, mix it well and put the lid on and cook for some time.
  • Once it comes to boil then add green chilly, chopped coriander put the lid on and let it cook for 2 minutes, add roasted sesame seeds, mix it well and serve this hot.
