Ingredients used in Aloo Channa Chat
• Mint leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Garbanzo /kabuli chana (boiled) - 1/2 cup.
• Potato (boiled and cut into pieces) - 2 number.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons.
• Pomegranate seeds - 3 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter (melted) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add potato (boiled and cut them into pieces) and garbanzo(boiled).
  • In this add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, chat masala powder, chopped coriander, mint, lime juice, salt, sweet tamarind chutney, mix well.
  • Then add pomegranate seeds, 1 teaspoon of melted butter, add freshly ground powder of cumin seeds, mix all of them together.

its the powder thts normally added in indian snacks..You will find it in any indian/asian store.
