Ingredients used in ALOO BARBATI
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilly - 5 numbers.
• Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Yard long beans (chines beans) - 500 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (slices) - 2 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Potato - 250 grams.
• Amchur powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Roasted chana powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Potatoes cut them into lengthwise (add turmeric in water and boil the potatoes)
  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, onions, salt, add yard long beans, (Chinese beans) saute this and add chilly powder, green chilly, coriander powder cook for some time.
  • Add roasted chana powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, and then add boiled potatoes mix it well, and add coriander leaves.
