Ingredients used in Tuna Fish Cutlet
• Tuna - 1 can.
• Potatoes - 2-3 small.
• Shallot or onion - 1 small.
• Green chilli - 1 .
• Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Crushed red pepper with seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Clove - 1 .
• Cardamom - 1 .
• Cinnamon - 1/2 piece.
• Coriander branches - 3-4 springs.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Egg white - 1 .
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

Grind Cumin, Coriander seeds, Clove, Cinnamon and Cardamom into coarse powder.

Boil and peel potatoes. Mash them into small pieces. Cut Onions,Green chilli, Coriander into small pieces.

nbsp;Drain the Tuna of water. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredientsnbsp;to Tuna chunks except bread crumbs and oil. Set aside in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Divide the mixture into 10-12 rounds and flatten them into patties before rolling them in the bread crumbs.(You may freeze them at this point.)

nbsp;Fry these in little oil in a flat skillet until they are browned on both sides. Serve them hot with ketchup.
