Ingredients used in Salmon with Mustard Sauce
• Salmon fish - 5 numbers.
• Mustard sauce - 3 tablespoons.
• Vinegar - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black peppers - to taste.
• Fresh cream - half cup.
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Brush salmon pieces with garlic paste, salt, and black peppers and marinade it for 1-2 hours.
  • Mix vinegar with the rest of the ingredients and mix well with Salmon fish and put the pieces of salmon in an oven dish and cover with foil.
  • Let salmon bake in preheated oven on mark 6 for half an hour. Then take it out and remove foil and again put in oven and now grill for another 10 minutes. When salmon turns brown remove from oven.
