Ingredients used in Rice Meatballs
• Rice grains (uncooked ) - 1/2 cup.
• Ground meat - 500 grams.
• Egg (beaten) - 1 number.
• Onion (chopped finely) - 1 number.
• Corn starch - 1 tablespoon.
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic powder - 1/8 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1(1/2) tea spoon.
Method:

  • Wash and soak rice for 5-6 hours, later drain and cook it.

  • In a bowl, add ground meat, egg, chopped onion, corn starch, worcestershiresauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder, mix it.
  • Later, make small balls from meat mixture.

  • Place the rice in a flat plate.
  • Then roll the balls over the rice, so they completely coated with it.

  • Place the meatballs in a steamer and steam cook for 30 minutes. Remove and serve hot
