Ingredients used in Mutton Cutlets
• Leg of mutton - 500 grams.
• Potatoes - 250 grams.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions - 100 grams.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Breadcrums - 55 grams.
• Ginger - 10 grams.
• Green chillies - 10 grams.
• Curry leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Fat to fry - 100 grams.
Method:
  • Mince the mutton.
  • Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Chop onions ,green chillies and ginger fine . Heat a small quantity of fat . Saute onions ,green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
  • Add potatoes ,minced meat , pepper and salt.
  • Mix well ,remove .The mixture should be moist but not wet. Test for seasoning.
  • Form into balls and flatten.
  • Coat with egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry and serve hot.
