Ingredients used in Moong Dal pakoda
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Moong dal - 2 cup.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Soak moong dal for 1 hour, then blend to a corse.
  • In a bowl add blended moong dal, cumin seeds, onion, chopped ginger, curry leaves, spring onions, salt, crushed green chillis mix well.
  • Take a pan add oil for frying, make small dumplings and add to oil.fry till golden brown colour.

Serve with your favourite Moond dal Vadi with any sauce

 Moong Dal Vadas can also be known as pakoras, bhajias or fritters. It is a hot and spicy scrumptious snack crunchy outside and soft inside. Fried Moong dal vada is a preferred delicious treat. This moong dal vadas are been enjoyed in North western section of India like Gujarat and Rajasthan. This vada is extremely simple to make as you need to simply dip the mung dal and that is it. The moong dal vada is going to be prepared very quickly. You may have this moong dal vada as being the evening snack with hot tea or may make when kids return from school.

 This vada is really easy to make that you could make it for kitty party, no matter what way you wish just try out these tasty moong dal vada. They taste merely outstanding.

 Yellow moong dal is used in Indian delicacies frequently so we can make a wide variety of recipes by using this one element. Commonly we make dal which goes nicely together with steamed rice. Or we use moong dal in khichdi. But sometimes you can attempt something totally new with moong dal and then make these delectable moong vada.

Most North Indian Pakodas don't have Curry Leaves in them, or in fact , in most of the recipes. So a home cook can totally avoid the curry leaves if he/she so wishes. Another variation is by adding Chaat Masala and Cumin/Coriander to spice it up
