Ingredients used in Kima Mutter
• Ground meat - 1 lbs.
• Onion chopped - 1 no.
• Vegetable shortening - 1/4 cup.
• Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
• Red pepper (or to taste) - half tea spoon.
• Black pepper ground - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garlic powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ground ginger - half tea spoon.
• Chopped tomato - 1 no.
• Green peas - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Saute Chopped onion until golden brown.
  • Add all spices and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Then add ground meat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently until almost dry.

Serve it hot with rice and roti.
