Ingredients used in Kerala Meen Peera
• Coconut - 0.5 pound.
• Onions - 2 big.
• Saradine/ mackrel - 1 pound.
• Bell tamarind / valam puli - 2 small.
• Ginger paste - .
Method:
gt;stir fry the fish gt;now saute the onions with 1tbs of turmeric powder, mustard seeds, oil, green chillies and curry leaves gt;add the 2tbs of ginger paste gt;add a cup of water and the bell tamarind gt;now add the stir fried fish gt;cook till the water reduces gt;now add the coconut powder and salt to taste gt;delicious meen peera is ready to be served
