Ingredients used in Hakka Noodles
• Boiled flat noodles (marketed also as hakka noodles) - 2 cup.
• Dried red chilies - 3 numbers.
• Spring onion - 1 bunch.
• Small capsicum (thinly sliced) - 1 numbers.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1(1/2) teaspoons.
• Tandoori color - pinch.
Method:
  • Chop the spring onions into 1/4 pieces, cut slanting.
  • Pound red chilies and garlic coarsely.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add chilies, garlic paste and fry for about a minute.
  • Then add the capsicum and fry till tender.
  • To it, even add the spring onion and fry again for 2-3 minutes.
  • In the same pan, add noodles and salt and mix well.
  • Add tandoori color and vinegar to taste.
  • Heat very well in oven or microwave before serving.
    Serve with schezwan sauce or manchurian in gravy.

This is NOT Hakka Noodles. Call it anything but Hakka Noodles! Hakkas do not use Indian spices in their noodles.

Almost all the recipes are great in this site i just love this site. this recipe is great i have not yet tried but i tried once chicken biryani showed by chef which came out very well, so i am sure this recipe also will be great thanks a lot
