Brush up on ur knowlendge of curry leaf, my friend. Curry leaves are good to lower High BP, the leaves if consumed regularly, even prevents premature greying of hair. So next time, be more kinder to the poor little curry leaf.

instead of moong dal, try that much of grated garlic, it gives good flavor and tastes delicious
