Ingredients used in Garlic pepper veg balls
• Bread crumbs - 1 tablespoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Soy sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Garlic - 10 number.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Bottle gourd (grated) - 1 cup.
• Carrot (grated) - 1 cup.
• Boiled raw banana (grated) - 2 number.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Crush pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
  • First Boil the Banana and peel and grate, carrot grate, bottle gourd.
  • In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion , salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder mix well then add carrot grated, bottle gourd grated,mix all and switch off the flame.
  • Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, now add grated banana, mix well and make a small dumplings of all the mixture.
  • If required add egg, bread crumbs and make balls.
  • Once the dumplings are ready bake it for 320 f heat for 20minutes.
  • Now in the same pan add little butter add garlic, green chillies chopped very fine, mix well then add onion chopped, curry leaves chopped, chilli powder, dry mango powder, mix well then add crush pepper, chopped spring onion, coriander leaves, soy sauce mix well then add the baked dumplings and toss it for 3-5 minutes and serve hot.

Hi Chef I would like you to post the 'Ice Biriyani' recipe. Confused? Ice Biriyiani is nothing but Left Over rice + water + onion garnish... Goes well with pickle... It is eaten by peasents and villagers. I am sure you must have tasted it.
