ur recipes are realy good...can u advise how to make schezwan fried rice...its my fav and I miss it a lot as we dont get it anywhere outside mumbai/pune...pleaseeeeeeeeee!

awesome recipe. what rice do they use. When we buy from Chinese restaurant here in India, it is small grain but definitely not Jeera samba. kindly let us know.
