Ingredients used in Fried Potato Curry - Potato Fry
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - (1(1/2)- 2) teaspoons.
• Jeera - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cashew - 50 grams.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Green chilies - 4 numbers.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Coconut milk - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
Method:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add salt and 1/4tsp turmeric powder, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Fry them in oil till golden brown and keep aside. Now keep a kadai add 1tbsp oil once it is hot add 1/2 tsp jeera allow it to splutter. Then add finely chopped onion, once it is light brown add green chillies saute it for a while and add turmeric powder and chilli powder, again saute them for a minute. Then add finely chopped tomatoes cook it well and then add 2 cups of coconut milk( no need of very thick milk) also add salt, Allow it to boil fully then salt those fried potatoes, then add cashew paste, wash the mixie jar in 1/2 cup water and add that also. once it comes to a boil, switch off the flame and add coriander leaves.
