Ingredients used in Egg Pakora
• Baking soda - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Gram flour (besan) - 1 cup.
• Hard boiled eggs - 6 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper - to taste.
Method:
  • Make a very thick batter by mixing gram flour, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, baking soda and salt with water.
  • Cut the eggs into 3 pieces then dip each piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Make sure the egg is well coated with a thick batter else the egg will explode wherever it touches the hot oil.

    Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
