Corn Dosa
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Maida flour
Servings : 6 persons
Published date : November 01, 2016

Ingredients used in Corn Dosa
• Green chilles (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Maida/all-purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 4 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
Method:
  • Mix cornflourand maida.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well. You can also add other spices, curry leaves etc to your taste . Mix this into a very very thin Batter.Almost 3 times thinner than a normal Dosa batter.
  • Now Pour this batter with the help of a cup in a heated skillet. Try to form a circle while pouring.(Do not try to pour the whole thing in the centre) then make a circle with a ladle. This will not work as the batter is very thin.
  • After you pour you should find lot of tiny holes in the dosa... ( you will know what I mean if you are familiar with Rava dosa) Cook it on a very low flame.
  • Add some oil on the sides of the dosa while cooking. Then once they are cooked crispy. Remove it.
  • You can eat it with Chutney /Sambar or even some nice pickle.I like to add White, Yellow Corn flour in equal proportions as I like the colour which it gives. This proportion should give you at least 5 dosas.( Medium sized ).
  • As they are very thin you can enjoy quite a few in a one sitting ...
