Ingredients used in Chocolate Brownies
• All-purpose flour - 2/3 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Vanilla - 1 tea spoon.
• Unsweetened chocolate - 60 grams.
• Egg - 2 number.
• Walnut - half cup.
• Baking powder - half tea spoon.
• Butter - 1/3 cup.
• Salt - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Into a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate over hot water or very low heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar to the eggs a little at a time, beating well. Blend in the chocolate and butter mixture. Stir in the flour mixture, blending well. Stir in the chopped walnuts and vanilla.
  • Spread the brownie batter in a greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350deg; for about 25 minutes.
  • Cool in pan and cut into squares.

can we use coco powder instead of unsweetened chocolate.
