Ingredients used in CHILLY IDLI
• Green chillies - 7-8 no.
• Onions - 2 no.
• Oil - as required.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilly sauce - half tea spoon.
• Tomato sauce - half tea spoon.
• Idli - 10 no.
• Green capsicum - 2 no.
• Ginger-garlig paste - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut the idlis into 4 pieces (use the leftover idlis or keep the fresh idlis in the refrigerator for half an hour so that it will become hard).
  • In a wok add 2 tablespoons oil and heat it,then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • Cook it for some more time.Add onion, green capsicum and green chillies(cut into long slices).Fry it till it become light brown.Now add the idli pieces and saute it for five minutes.
  • Now add all the sauces and fry it for some more time.Serve it hot.

Yummy a simple way to prepare this indo-chinese recipe... And a good information given on to make idli hard and then make this... I prepared this dish as wel and it turned out goodl-
