Hi, I don't like using MSG and could not lay my hands on chilli garlic paste when I made this. Instead of chilli garlic paste I used Linghams Garlic Chilli sauce. I did not think I could make this dish at all but am so pleased with the YouTube vid

hello sanjay garu... i recently cooked da dish, it tasted xcellently but da problem was.... i found dat the paneer was bit tough 4 my liking..... so could you suggest a way 2 keep paneer soft??? Other than that the recipe was very good n every one mu

hi, if somebody is pure vegetarian and wants to minus eggs in this recipe, you can use all purpose flour( maida) instead of eggs. Make a very smooth paste and dip the paneer in it and then fry, it will taste the same

hi chef i read ur recipe.i am a vegitarian so i cant use egg in this recipe.is there any other thing that can be substituted instead of egg that gives the recipe the same taste

Hi Prema You can get Ajinomoto in any Indian grocery store. Its second name is MSG, Its white in colour and its texture is the same as of sugar.

hi chef what if we dont have azinamoto at home?where do we get that?can we do the receipe without the azinamoto?even many other receipes ask for azinomoto,but i dont know where to get it?i live in us.pls suggestion needed ????
