Ingredients used in Chicken Barbeque
• Whole red chillies - 7 numbers.
• Garlic - 1 large.
• Chicken - 1000 grams.
• Pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
cut the chicken into four pieces with skin on.grind the garlic and chillies.add salt,pepper powder and chilly garlic.keep marinated for at least one hour.put on the oven to broil HI and cook 30-35 minutes.tossing each after 8-10 mins.after done cover it with foil for atleast 15 minutes.serve with garlic sauce and rotis or with rice.
