Ingredients used in Bhindi Masala
• Red chilli powder - .
• Corinder powder - .
• Garlic - 6 - 7 clove.
• Bhindi/orka - 500 grams.
• Salt to taste - .
• Trmeric powder - .
• Oil to fry - .
Method:
1. Wash the Bhindi (okra) and keep aside to dry. 2. Crush the garlic to a paste 3. In a bowl add the corinder powder , Red chilli powder, Salt , turmeric and the garlic paste. 4. Wipe each Bhindi cut some f the top and bottom portions and make a lengthwise slit for filling. 5. fill each bhindi with the masala. 6. put oil in a pan and put all the bhindi#39;s 7. Let it cook for 7 mins (stir occasionally).
