Ingredients used in Baingan Ka Bharta
• Fresh coriander leaves - to taste.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Chopped green chillies - to taste.
• Large onion - 1 numbers.
• Garlic flakes - 5 numbers.
• Large tomato - 1 numbers.
• Eggplants - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Roast the eggplants till it turns soft.
  • Peel off the skin and mash it properly.
  • Add mustard oil, green chilies, onions, tomatoes and chopped garlic.
  • Add salt and mix it well.
  • Pour a teaspoon of lime juice over this mixture.

Serve Baingan Ka Bartha with rice.
