Ingredients used in Babycorn mushroom curry
• Corinder leaves - 1 small.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Pudhena - 10 leaf.
• Tomatoes - 3 piece.
• Onions - 3 piece.
• Redchillies - 5 piece.
• Mushrooms - 250 grams.
• Babycorn - 250 grams.
• Salt - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
Method:
1.First take a pan add oil to fry mushrooms and babycorns seprately. 2. Add Onions,Tomatoes,Red Chillies,Pudhena in a grinder bowl and make a paste. 3. Now take a pan and add 2-3 spoons of oil,once the oil gets heat add ginger garlic paste and fry it .Add the masala paste and fry it for 5 mins. 4.Once after the masala got cooked add the baby corns and mushrooms to the gravy and add salt to taste.Mix it well and cook for about 10 mins. 5. Now take the curry in a bowl and garnish with corinder leaves

I tried it today. I also added red capsicum and it ended up really tasty. I had it with rice. Thanks for the lovely treat!
