Ingredients used in Besan Ladoo
• Gram flour (besan) - 350 grams.
• Clarified butter (ghee) - 200 grams.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Castor sugar - 175 grams.
• Dry fruit - 2 tablespoons.
• Saffron strands - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Edible silver leaf (vark) - as required.
Method:
  • Heat clarified butter in a heavy-based pot. Add gram flour and cook on low heat, stirring continuously.
  • Remove the pan from the heat when the clarified butter starts to separate and the gram flour changes color. Let it cool.
  • Mix in the sugar, spice, dry fruit and saffron.
  • Prepare even sized round balls and serve decorated with extra dried fruit and silver leaf.

Hello, I made this Besan Laddu recipe following the exact amounts given, but after everthing was finished the laddu batter was still very liquid. So liquid that I couldn't even roll it into balls. Please correct the amount of gram flour, so the batt
