PICKLED RICE CABBAGE ROLLS

Ingredients used in PICKLED RICE CABBAGE ROLLS
• Cooked rice - 1 cup.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Green bell pepper(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Red bell pepper(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Carrots(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Cucumber(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• American corn - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cabbage leaves - 4-6 numbers.
• Red chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilly paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Toasted sesame seeds oil - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Toasted sesame seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Scallions(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add cooked rice, vinegar, lime juice, half teaspoon sugar, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrots, cucumber, American corn, coriander leaves, ginger, salt and mix nicely and check for seasoning.
  • Place cabbage leaves in hot water for 5 seconds and remove it.
  • Place the stuffing in cabbage, fold and roll it and place in serving tray like as shown in video.
  • Take a bowl and add red chili paste, soya sauce,half teaspoon sugar and mix nicely.
  • To it add sesame seeds oil, sesame seeds, scallions and mix nicely and pour on top of stuffed cabbage.

Now pickled rice cabbage rolls are ready to serve.
