PHILIPS AIR FRYER DRUMS OF HEAVEN

Ingredients used in PHILIPS AIR FRYER DRUMS OF HEAVEN
• Chicken wings - 250 grams.
• Soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cornstarch - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add soya sauce, egg mixture, chili paste, vinegar, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander, pepper powder, chopped garlic, salt, mix it well.
  • Then add chicken wings and coat it well.
  • Even add corn starch, all purpose flour, lime juice, mix it well again.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree centigrade for 3 minutes.
  • Place the chicken wings in the basket and fry them for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes pull them out and apply the oil and again put them back into the air fryer and fry them for 4-5 minutes.

Serve this yummy Drums of heaven.
