Ingredients used in Peri Peri Prawns
• Prawns - 1 kg.
• Peri peri sauce - 40 ml.
• Peri peri powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon leaves - 3 numbers.
• Ground cloves - half tea spoon.
• Garlic - 2 cloves.
• Lemon - as required.
• Lemon pepper - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Olive oil - 125 ml.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a blender and mix well. Transfer in a bowl.
  • Coat prawns in marinade and set aside in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Remove prawns from refrigerator; pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Bake prawns in a baking dish for 25 minutes or until the shells are pink and the flesh is cooked. (Do not over cook.)

Serve it hot.
