Ingredients used in pasta fusion
• Cornflour - 1 tablespoons.
• Bean size pasta - 3 cup.
• Cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

1*.Boil the pasta with 1 pinch salt and 4 cups of water.When pasta become correct cook drain excess water..Keep pasta aside. Boil cauliflower florets in hot water for 5 mins.drain water.Keep it aside. 2* Marinate cauliflower with corriander powder,chilli powder,pepper powder,corn flower.salt to taste in a bowl.Deep Fry this caulifoler in some oil. 3* MAKINGOF SAUCE:In a pan pour olive oil.Saute sliced onion,sliced garlic, tomato ketchup,BBQ sauce,Turmeric powder,sliced capsicum,salt to taste.mix well.(if need non -veg can add 1 chicken stock to this paste) Put the boiled pasta to this.mix well.put cheese.Add soy sauce,crushed pepper to it. cover it with a lid.cook in low flame for 5mins. 5*On top put spring onion and fried cauliflower..READY TO SERVE .
