Ingredients used in Paneer Capsicum Curry
• Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Haldi powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Redd chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger - garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes - 3 large.
• Onions - 2 large.
• Capsicums - 1 cup.
• Paneer cut into pieces - 2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Cream - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
make tomatoes into a fine paste. put wok (pan) on stove . add oil. add jeera .when jeer pops off. add onions. when onions is golden yellow .add ginger garlic paste. fry for a min. then add cut capsicums. fry for 3 min . then add all powders (coriander powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder,red chilli powder). fry for a 2 min then add finely grinded tomatoes and salt . let it cook . lastly add paneer pieces let it cook in masala . then add milk and cream. The milk and cream makes the gravy rich, thick and creamy.
