Ingredients used in palak potato
• Green chillies - 3 .
• Onions - 2 .
• Salt - pinch.
• Curry leaves - .
• Garlic small pieces - 2 .
• Oil - teaspoons.
• Potato - 1 big.
• Spinach - 350 grams.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Coriander powder - pinch.

Take a pan, pour oil and add finely chopped garlic and let it fry till it gets golden brown. Then add finelynbsp; Chopped onions,chopped chillies,curry leaves and turmeric. Let them fry for 5min till they become golden brown. Then add finely chopped potato and salt and let the potato 70% done.Then add finely chopped spinach and let it be cooked till the water oozing from spinach becomes evaporated.stir it occassionally. Dont keep the lid on the pan.let the spinach to evaporate its water and smell. I tried it so many times and my family likes it so much. As we cant eat spinach singly im adding potato as a sub ingredient. Before offing the stove sprinkle little coriander powder and serve hot. Its really really nice.
