Ingredients used in Oats And Nuts Milkshake
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Cashew nuts - 6 numbers.
• Almonds - 4 numbers.
• Honey - 2 tablespoons.
• Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ice cubes - 3 numbers.
• Milk - 1(1/2) cup.
Method:
  • Dry roast the cashew nuts, almonds for a minute then add oats and saute it for a minute. Let it cool down.
  • Later, transfer this into a blender then add Honey, cinnamon powder, blend this once.
  • Add ice cubes, milk to it and blend again for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

Serve this chilled.
