Ingredients used in MUSHROOM METHI CHAMAN -1
• Mushrooms - 200 grams.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Garlic (chopped) - 4 clove.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cornmeal powder - 2 tablespoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Spinach (finely chopped) - 5 bunch.
• Fenugreek leaves/methi leaves (finely chopped) - 2 bunch.
• Nutmeg powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - pinch.
Method:
  • Heat a pan and add onions, garlic, saute it by adding butter and green chillies cook it for a minute
  • Add cornmeal powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mushroom pieces and add milk little by little, mix it well.
  • Now add spinach and fenugreek leaves, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add nutmeg powder and adjust the seasoning by adding salt.
  • Finally, add a pinch of sugar, cream to it, mix it well.
  • Reduce heat and simmer till the gravy thickens.

Serve this with Naan or chapati.
