MUSHROOM AND BABY CORN PULAO

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM AND BABY CORN PULAO
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Bay leaf - 2 numbers.
• Black cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon - 1 piece.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Carrot(cut into lengths) - 2 numbers.
• Onions(long slices) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Green chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Baby corns - 1/2 cup.
• Mushrooms - 1 cup.
• Water - 2-1/2 cup.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Basmati rice - 1-1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Heat butter with oil and add bay leaf, black cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and saute it.
  • Add carrot, onions, little salt and saute it.
  • To it add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili paste, baby corns saute it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add mushrooms and saute it.
  • Now add water, check for seasoning and add salt, boil it.
  • To it add lime juice, basmati rice and cook with the lid on it until it is done on slow flame.

Now mushroom and baby corn pulav are ready to serve.
