Ingredients used in Moong Dal Dosa
• Pepper - 2 pinch.
• Turmuric - 1 pinch.
• Onion (small chopped) - 2 small.
• Curry leaves - 8-9 leaf.
• Corriander small - 1 bunch.
• Ginger small - 1 piece.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Moong dal - 2 cup.
• Jeera (tea spoon) - 2 teaspoons.
• Coconut (small) - 1 cup.
• Chilli - 4-5 numbers.
• Maida (all purpose flour) small cup - 1 cup.
Method:
a) Moong dal to be soaked for 4-5hrs. b) Blend moong dal coarse with less water. c) keep aside the blended moong dal in a bowl. d) grind ginger, chilli, curry leaves, coconut, e) finely chop the onions and mix it with moong dal batter. f) add the paste (ginger, chilli, curry leaves, coconut) to moong dal batter. g) add turmuric, pepper, maida and salt to the batter. h) add water if necessary and add jeera too and mix the dough well to form a good consistency (like dosa dough) i)
