Ingredients used in Mint cheese samosa
• Salt n pepper to taste - to taste.
• Cilantro and mint - 1/2 cup.
• Cheese spread - 1 cup.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Maidha - 1 cup.
• Oil - 1 cup to fry.

Take maida and add enough amout of water, pinch of salt and 2 tsp of oil and make a dough....Then for stuffing, take a bowl and add cream cheese spread,mint and cilantro leaves which are finely chopped,salt n pepper n mix it well.Then heat enough amount of oil for the deep fry,Mean while roll the dough like a samosa cone and stuff the cheese stuff in it and bind the samosa and serve hot wid tomato ketchup or wid mint chutney
