Ingredients used in MINI KODUBALE
• Ghee - 1 tablespoons.
• Curd - 5 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Finely chopped cilantro - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Finely chopped green chilli - 1 tablespoons.
• Asafoetida(hing) - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Rice flour - 1/4 cup.
• Sooji fine - 1 cup.
• Heated oil - 4 teaspoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Warm Sooji(Fine) on low flame for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to Sooji amp; make a thick dough (Consistancy of Chapathi)by adding water.Leave the dough for 15 minutes. Take lemon sized dough amp; make very small circles(like bangles).Repeat the step. Heat Oil to deep fry Kodubales till they are lightly golden in colour.
